macs are for people who are shit at computers. we all know this, ive known this since the apple mac II, macs have always been about keeping it simple. you might think you're pretty clever using a couple of comments you heard someone at work mentioning about "vista" or "windows"

Vista is shit full stop and you have to slow it down even more by buying anti-virus etc software.

right. look. the fact is, if you think a macs better, its probably because macs are better for you - you get along better with them, they just work?... if a mac is better for u, it means ur shit at computers, because macs are made for people who are shit at computers and sold to people who are shit at computers. people who are shit at computers like them.

this is fine, i mean its not necessary for everyone to be good at computers, i dont mind people being shit at computers or even using macs. i only mind when they start "stating facts" and telling me about how macs are actually good.

Vista is a bug riddled OS.

Opening a folder containing videos and pics has caused system crash numerous times. Checked out on google and it's due to the way Vista tries to arrange thumbnails.

Couldnt set firefox as default browser, Vista insisted on IE. Had to edit the registry in the end. Who's in control again? Me or Microsoft?

That is crap. I've always hated Microsoft's error reporting shit, "Windows may also send personal information blah blah blah"how the fuck is thhat going to help tell me why a certain error keeps occuring???

I still wouldn't swith to mac precisely cos I suck at computers and there's so much more help for idiots out there for windows but until I start hearing some solid evidence that VIsta is bug free I will not be upgrading.

Wasn't there a similar issue with early releases of 98? That was on the first real system I had and it was shit as shit can be, it crashed more frequently than anything I've ever seen
