how do i insert links?

quick question, how do i insert a link into a word or image, so rather than the whole link like: www.blablahblah.com. i can just type all my mixes here. i know it something to do with hyperlink, but cant see an option for it. please help

highlight the text you want to change to a link and then click the world icon.
