The DRM sucks but the convenience does look good. You can watch the trailers and the quality looks ok, sadly I havent found any hd trailers on there.

thats DVD size so i would assume DVD quality or similar

Switched my 360 on for about the first time in 4-5 weeks last night. Started the first Half Life 2 story.

There's a room I remember from playing it on the PC (on the Route Kanal level) where you need to fill some adjoining rooms up with water. To start with you need to get over a railing that's much too high to jump.

Originally I got around this by picking up the oil-barrels (which are on their sides), dropping them onto the top of a slope so that as they bounce, they rotate upright, catching them before they fall over again, and piling them up so I could climb up and over the railing.

So I did this again. After a few minutes I succeeded. And only then noticed that the seemingly unimportant ladder in the room allowed me to jump onto an overhead fat pipe, walk along it to the railing and jump over.

I felt *so* stupid.

Edit: P.S., I, too, will be downloading the Burnout demo. I won't have time to play this evening, though, I suspect.

Ninjy, that room took me what felt like hours, dont worry about it.

Actually, I'd never played it before on PC, so you should feel silly, very silly

Nothing has gotten a look in since I got COD4; spend about 90% of my xbox usage on that.

Just got my act together and am now streaming xvid and avi content etc to my xbox from my mac. It's quite decent actually and much better than tversity which is a resource hog (on the pc)
