[tune] somethign ive been working on recently

not quite 100% but pretty much there.

a 4 4 minimalish kind of wonky stompfest. let me know what you think.

It's alright, not too sure about the sound of the main synth line. gets a bit repetetive i think. like the backbone of the tune though.

having heard it a few times thats my feeling as well, which is one of the main reasons I dont think its 100% yet. even some filter action with intermittant delay or perhaps some other kind of effects on the second section of it would make it better. I havent really got as far as experimenting with it yet (not looking forward to that to be honest. I know it will require many mindnumbing hours of getting absolutely nowhere).

Managed to grab it.

Could see this doing quite well on the dance floor fella.

Dunno what you need to improve on it though - maybe a coupld of twists with the melody. I am cack at finishing tracks as you know so what do i know

Still needs work, like you say, but it's well worth working on IMO.

Yea, it's decent. Considering it's at totally the wrong end of the EDM spectrum for me, I really like it.

I think the percussion sounds a bit raw (more reverb/delay??), kick is a little muddy maybe?. Also work on the mixdown, it sounds a little bit packed. I reckon this type of music sounds loads better with some more 'space' (maybe play with stereo seperation etc.).

Definatley worthy of wax if you polish it up, tho.
