I'm ready to throw the pc out the window now, I dont know why but ableton just makes me so angry.

Delete the channels you are not using.

the only one I'm not using is midi, audio 1 is the whole tune that I'm chopping up.

Drums is the drums, chorus is I guess some vocal that could be a chorus, verse is the vocals I would use as verse, instruments is some small loop I found without vocal but has a nice organ melody on it.

That asnare is something left over from a while back, deleted that now and midi.

sorry mate, I'm getting pissed off with ableton and my brain is starting to fuck with me.
Please bare in mind I don't really know what the channels are, or a verse, chorus I get though

A channel is the column.

Are the vocals taken from the same track?
