Yeah the Kaoss is good fun (if unpredictable to use live)

My second setup had its little brother the EM260

Which is ALOT better

The 360 has no gains only one master EQ..its nasty noisy and just poop :two thumbs down:

BTW, can you set the range of parameter control to cut out the extreme ranges of effects on the pad? That would make it more useable for live effects.

Not on the 1st incarnation which the Numark has (the kaoss is on its 3rd incarnation now) I used to ride the fx/mix knob

to try and keep it under control but its still more suited to private wibblings really

The third incarnation is all bpm synced and the like and hopefully not as lairy as the 1st one

I think timing is one of the main issues with effects anyway.. I don't mind effects, so long as they're not over used.

errrr, thanks, but i think i can take care of it myself

its changed a fair bit since that pic, got some cdj500s and a different mixer, still all second hand stuff tho! im so cheap!
