Nice tunes, mixing is OK too, apart from the levels which go way out. This mix would make a great start to a longer mix/set, but as it is it didn't really get going Sy.

To be fair, it's a good start for someone who's relatively new to playing House, but I know you can do better.

Don't forget to watch those levels m8.

Cheers for the feedback.

Need to start ignoring the level indicator on the mixer as its totally unreliable.

I dunno about ignoring it m8. I'm just looking at a picture of an SMX-501 now m8. Those meters have a rather odd range, with big increments on the bottom 4 LEDs and small increments on the rest. You'll find they display apparently less difference than some LED meters. Basically if the 4 LEDs from the 0db down flicker briefly then you have a quieter tune. If those LED spend the majority of the time lit then you have a heavily compressed or limited audio which will sound much louder.

If you ignore or cover the bottom 2 or 3 LEDs, you might find the meters a bit more useful Sy.

Good idea. The LEDs seem to always light up to halfway regardless of gain adjustment and only differ above that.

No suprise to hear that Sy. Covering 2 or 3 should really help.
