Bit harsh on the old eardrums when played loud tho m8. Compare it to some other tracks and work on the mastering again. Needs a touch more control on that bass too.

I notice you say 89% CPU problem m8. Maybe work on structure from here on, then a little more work on the sounds, then render each channel separately and bung it in Ableton or similar to master.

The tune itself made me giggle. very entertaining. some really good automation going on there. nice fun track.

Hard to comment on the mixdown as these headphones are not (edit) great. But, I do think it may be a touch bright. Also, the level of the sub seems a little inconsistent across the different basslines. You need to level this off I think.

all said, its a bloody good effort. quite unique sounding which is an acheivement in itself these days

thats really nice man! i need to learn a few things clearly cos ur stuff has a nice crispness that anything iv bodged together can only dream of having!

Fuckin hell. I wasn't expecting that!!

Tis quite a funny tune. More of a mess around than anything. I'm not happy with the breaks, they sound a bit thin and nasty.

The mix is definatley way off. That's due to my tone-deafness and lack of monitor speakers (it's really hard to mix your bass in headphones, even HD25s).

Danny - Cheers mate, this one's brewed up in FL Studio. I try and keep things clean by careful EQing, and using minimal FX on things (a year or so ago, I'd have everything on 100% wet, now I go for the less is more theory)

Also in recent times, I've started using a frequency analyser to help me with my EQing. This is really handy if like me, you're no natural at this game.
